Introduction to radiesthesia and dynamic méditation

(DQC) Matter, from which everything in the universe is a form of energy .

I. WHAT IS RADIESTHESIA?

-Radiesthesia is the science of using vibrational fields of human body to access information about other objects of animate or inanimate nature by establishing resonance with their energy fields, using specially calibrated instruments and a scale of qualitative measurement to decode this information.

-Given the nature of the extended body, there are also many interactions that exist at a threshold beyond the sensitivity of our perception that have no physical perceivable manifestation but affect our whole multidimensional body system. When energy systems are in close contact the resulting interaction will modify the vibrational properties of the systems.

- Radiesthesia allows us to extend our perception, to tune into an unperceived world beyond the normal range, giving us a view into the realm of vibrational interaction and opening unlimited avenues for research into understanding the true holistic nature not only of our bodies but also of the universe.

II. DYNAMIC MEDITATION-DIFFERENCE WITH STATIC MEDITATION:

- Meditation emphasizes dharma practice and experiential wisdom in the attainment of awakening. It emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and the study of religious text in favor of direct, experiential directions. 

- Dynamic meditation (or dynamic relaxation) helps you to look deep inside yourself in order to change your life. You need to practice it with an open mind and need to listen to yourself. Healing yourself and gaining control over your life is a wonderful experience.

III. DYNAMIC MEDITATION-BENEFITS:

- Healing your body from the inside out. Cleansing yourself and gaining control over the things that are making you feel so badly. You will see a real difference in the things you do. You are going to be more relaxed because the negativity is leaving your body and helps you escape the bad thoughts.

- Helps to strengthen your life-sustain elements.

- Helps your energy to circulate more easily and smoothly inside your whole body and makes your joints be more supple.

- To cleanse yourself of bad energy and change it or exclude it from your body.

IV. HOW TO PRACTICE DYNAMIC MEDITATION?

-Dynamic meditation is not merely a sport, not a miracle cure, or a shelter from your life. It is a way you practice to help you change from deep inside your body. You must practice to do it seriously. Theory is not enough, you need to practice each day to see the difference inside you.

-Dynamic meditation springs from meditation. At first we need to prepare for the movings. Then we vibrate through three steps.

V. DYNAMIC MEDITATION- THREE STEPS:

-First: Conscious Vibration: Techniques helps you to reproduce your lost energy and relieve your anxiety or stress.

-Second: Unconscious Vibration: After conscious vibrating, unconscious vibration happens. Vegetative nervous systems wake up and help to heal your body from bad energy, bring your body back to balance.

-Third: Super-conscious Vibration: Helps we relax and relieve stress by rhythmical movings. This relaxation helps us to breath slower and deeper. In this mood, we can listen to our inner feelings and even the nature, the universe. Practicing this usually, we can feel and get in touch with the nature around us and the universe. We can fall in line with the nature, integrate with the universe, and receive their energy. We gradually become a different person: a better person who understand and love the nature and everybody around us.
